Return Policy: There is no exchange on jewellery and sunglasses. Potential defects are checked at time of purchase and once the item has left the store, the item is not covered for wear and tear, unless it has been damaged in transit. Photos of he package and item must be submitted within 7 days of the received item.
For all other items, If the item has not been used, we’ll exchange your full-priced item within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in the original condition with a copy of the electronic receipt. (Except sunglasses and jewellery items, which are not exchangeable.

Any defects on homewares must be reported within 7 days of purchase, except for Louenhide and Peta and Jain accessories which have a 3 month warranty on full price items. Please bring the item back to the store, or please email a brief description of the issue & a picture of the item to vaya@digifuwill.com.au. The warranty does not apply to discounted items.

Freight charges on returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address. Please check the shipping info twice.
